Our customer base is a diverse array of businesses and organizations as well as families and individuals. Located in Historic Lockport, New York, we have customers throughout the United States and even a few in Canada. No customer is too small and so far, no customer is too big, because one of our strengths is our ability to be flexible. We believe in building relationships one customer at a time. Although we strive to satisfy our customer needs through analysis and problem-solving, first and foremost we listen to the customer. It seems to be working. Nearly 100% of our growth has been through referral. Our primary product is customer service. The tangible goods and various services we supply to our customers are simply ways we fulfill that customer service.
